Mebel 2015: training
Mebel 2015, which runs at Expocentre Fairgrounds this week, shows the trends of the furniture market and the current furniture fashion. Its participants are not only leading Russian and foreign furniture manufacturers but also well-known designers, architects and interior experts.
Many professionals who either exhibit at or visit Mebel 2015 treat this event as a kind of a school. The greatest interest is shown in the Design Hour, which is organized by Expocentre ZAO in partnership with the Details School of Interior Design, TRENDSQUIRE Trend Bureau, Advertising Agency Archdialog, and ÐÀ ADVANZ.
Every day the Territory of Design welcomes everyone to workshops and master classes held by well-known Russian designers. They talk about the latest trends in design of furniture, upholstery materials, interiors of homes, offices, cafes, restaurants and hotels. All participants have a unique chance to meet recognized and influential design and architecture experts, such as professional trends watchers, interior designers and founders of KF DESIGN Zalina Kalaeva and Inna Fainshtein, general director of HAPPY Collections and Studio HAPPY Anna Annenkova, founder and director of the Trendsquire bureau Ksenia Leri, and many others.
The list of topics is long, from trends in design of bedrooms, dining rooms, and home offices to interesting ideas and inspiration behind everyday and holiday atmosphere at the table.
This year Mebel has introduced a new project – Design Tours. Experienced designers of interiors, houses, apartments and offices offer tours around the exhibition paying attention to the most interesting novelties and furniture and accessories solutions. The tour guides not only tell about the exhibits but also give tips and suggestions.
