German pavilion at MEBEL 2009

09 / 09 / 2009

German furniture companies are traditionally presented at the Russian market by VDM, Germany’s Furniture Industry Association.

Given the increasing individualization of Russia, the variety of needs is constantly growing. A variety in living styles goes along with this. As varied as the furniture programmes may be, tastes are also just as varied. This is why the German furniture industry is developing and producing the most varied furniture models in history. It serves the golden age generation just as much as singles, offers styles and patterns ranging from the flashy to the classical, and has proven both bold and innovative. When buying for example a new German sofa, the customer can choose a seating level and depth, upholstery material, foot colour etc perfectly adapted to his or her needs.

The participation of the German furniture industry at MEBEL 2009 in Moscow gives you the chance to experience this versatility and diversity of furniture made in Germany. Located in the Forum Pavilion, the national exposition will occupy about 600 sqm. Nineteen German companies will present the recent industry achievements and trends in furniture interior design.
