New formats of conference programme of Mebel 2025

The 36th edition of the International Exhibition for Furniture, Fittings and Upholstery – Mebel 2025 – will be organised by EXPOCENTRE from 24 to 27 November 2025 at Crocus Expo.
Mebel 2025 is not only the largest platform in Russia and Eastern Europe for demonstration of new collections and development of business contacts, but also a forum where the drivers of industry development are formed, partnership projects are born, and modern trends of the Russian and global furniture market are emerging.
The show will host a rich conference programme for industry professionals with more than 40 sessions, from strategic conferences and forums to practical talk shows and workshops.
The 8th Russian Conference of Furniture Manufacturers will be as usual organised by the Association of Furniture and Woodworking Enterprises of Russia and EXPOCENTRE. This event remains a key conference for manufacturers. Experts will discuss the industry’s challenges of 2025 such as falling demand, government support measures, work with retail and DIY chains, introduction of AI into production, and renewal of equipment stock. The leaders of the largest companies will share their analysis and forecasts, analyse successful cases, and conduct an open dialogue with the participants.
For the first time, a unique talk show called Saw-Cut Line will be held for furniture industry professionals. This is Russia's first furniture industry talk show, a unique format that is radically different from traditional conferences and presentations. According to the organisers, there will be open discussions without filters. Experts and manufacturers will discuss the real problems of the industry such as net costs, technology, quality, personnel, and logistics. The format of a live conversation will allow you to hear different points of view, not just the official positions of companies.
The creators of the programme note the practical value of the talk show, where the audience is actively involved in the discussion and search for effective solutions for their enterprises.
Master classes, interactive presentations, and an open dialogue with industry leaders await visitors to the Saw-Cut Line. Special emphasis will be placed on the integration of digital tools and automation as the participants will see current production management solutions in action and assess their potential for business.
Among the speakers are representatives of well-known brands, consulting companies, digital platforms and furniture retailers. The Saw-Cut Line is a kind of laboratory for the future of furniture production, where innovation and experience become the basis for growth. Participation in it is a great chance to strengthen professional ties, find new partners, and implement advanced solutions at your enterprise.
Two days of the Furniture Retail Forum are integrated into the conference programme. This is the largest forum dedicated to relevant issues of furniture retail such as digitalization, logistics, trends in consumer behavior, new sales formats, and integration of B2B/B2C solutions. Discussions on the development of omnichannel services, improving business efficiency, as well as workshops on trade automation are planned. Among the participants are representatives of Hoff, Wildberries, Mr. Doors, leading industry analysts, digital experts and consultants from major furniture retail chains.
The DESIGN LOUNGE at Mebel 2025 will address current trends in furniture design, issues of multifunctional furniture, use of modern materials and fabrics, color printing, emotional design, transformation of objects, and specifics of working with public and residential interiors. The speakers will be recognised industry experts: interior designers, architects, furniture manufacturing technologists, decorators, experts from companies that manufacture furniture and advanced materials, and representatives of the Moscow Designers Union. They will share their experience in creating functional and contemporary furniture, as well as new approaches to the design of residential and public spaces.
The conference programme of Mebel 2025 brings together plenary sessions, panels, lectures, debates, case marathons, master classes and a real dialogue format, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. It has a practical focus on economic challenges, digital transformation, innovative technologies, including AI, development of new furniture sales channels, as well as current production and marketing issues.
